Description
When trying to select all the tags by clicking on the button, it selects only the tags that are on that page
so the user has to go on all pages to select all the tags which takes a lot of time.

Steps to reproduce
1.Log in to the application.
2.Click on the menu on the top left corner then click on 'Tags'.
3.Click on the button to select all the tags.

Expected Result
After the user has clicked on 'Tags' and the existing tags are displayed and the user tries
to select all the tags by clicking on the button, all existing tags should be selected.

Actual Result
After the user has clicked on 'Tags' and the existing tags are displayed and the user
tries to select all the tags by clicking on the button,
it selects only the tags that are on that page.
