[Attendees] The 'Name and 'Surname' should not accept more than 25 characters when we create attendees.

Description
When we create a new attendee, the fields for 'Name' and 'Surname' should not accept more than 25 characters.

Environment
Microsoft Edge Version 125.0.2535.92 (Official build) (64-bit)
Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit) Firefox Version 126.0.1 (64-bit)

Steps to reproduce
1.Navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2.Log in with valid credential.
3.The user should be successfully login.
4.Click on the 'Attendees,' from navigation menu.
5.Click on the 'Create' button.
6.Fill in 'Name' field with more than 25 credentials.
7.Fill in 'Surname' field with more than 25 credentials.

Expected Result
After we filled the data with invalid characters for 'Name' and 'Surname', the user cannot create a new attendee and should receive an error message for this both fields.

Actual Result
The user can create Attendees.
