Interrapt G31

Description
When creating mentor the surnname field allows users to input less than the minimum limit of 5 characters with cyrillic alphabet. This violates the defined instructions and may lead to data inconsistencies or display issues.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Log in as user.
2.Navigate to mentors
2.Enter a surname with less than 5 characters with cyrillic alphabet in the surname field.
3.Click on create button

Expected Result
The surname field should not allow input less then 5 characters and should give error message if the limit is below the minimum.

Actual Result*
The name field accepts input with less than 5 characters without any restriction or error message.
