Pre-condition
The user must be preregistered

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to the interappt webpage
2. Click on the Hamburger icon in the upper left corner
3. Click on Webinars
4. Click on the create button in the upper right corner
5. Click on Title field
6. Fill in the Title field
7. Click on the Description field
8. Enter less than 10 or more than 500 characters in the Description field
9. Click on Start Date

Expected Result
The User should not be able to enter less than 10 or more than 500 characters in the Description field. A validatiom message with red letters should pop up under the field.

Actual Result
The User is able to enter less than 10 or more than 500 characters in the Descriptiom field. A validation message does not pop up under the field.
