Description:
The "Tags" field should not accept more than these special characters "." and "-"

Environment
Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)

preconditions
User must be preregistered

Steps to reproduce
1.Navigate to the https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/Tags
2.Clock on the "CREATE" button on the top right corner
3.Fill in the "Title" field with special characters other than "." and "-"
4.Click the "CREATE" button

Expected results
The tag should not be created and the user should receive a message "Whoops! Something went wrong" in read letters

Actual results
The tag is created when it should not be created
