Interrapt G31

Description
When creating mentor the occupation field allows users to input less than the minimum limit of 5 characters both with latin and cyrillic alphabet. This violates the defined instructions and may lead to data inconsistencies or display issues.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Log in as user.
2.Navigate to mentors
2.Enter with less than 5 characters with latin alphabet and cyrillic charactest in the occupation field.
3.Click on create button

• The occupation field should not allow input less then 5 characters and should give error message if the limit is below the minimum.
  Actual Result
  The name field accepts input with less than 5 characters without any restriction or error message.
