Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to the interappt webpage
2. Login with valid credentials
3. Navigate to the Webinars page from dashboard
3. Click on the Create button in the upper right corner
4. Click on the Choose File
5. Choose image smaller than 200 x 200 pixels or bigger than 1000 x 1000 pixels

Expected results
When we chose image smaller than 200 x 200 pixels or bigger than 1000 x 1000 pixels the system should give us a message with allowed image dimensions- red letters

Actual results
We do not receive a message in red letters
