Description
When entering fewer or more characters than specified, the data should not be created.
Steps to reproduce
1. Click on the 'Users' from navigation menu
2. Click on the 'Create' button on the right top corner.
3. Fill in the ‘Name’ filed
4. Fill in the ‘Email’ filed
5. Fill in the ‘Password’ filed
6. Press ‘CREATE’ button.
Expected Result
User cannot be created when entering less than 3 or more than 25 characters.
Actual Result
User can be created when entering less than 3 or more than 25 characters.
