Interrapt G31

Description
When creating mentor the occupation field allows users to input more than the maximum limit of 25 characters with latin and cyrillic alphabet. This violates the defined instructions and may lead to data inconsistencies or display issues.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Log in as user.
2.Navigate to mentors
2.Enter more than 25 characters with cyrillic alphabet in the occupation field.
3.Click on create button

Expected Result
The occupation field should not allow input more then 25 characters and should give error message if the limit is exceeded.

Actual Result
The occupation field accepts input with more than 25 characters without any restriction or error message.
