Description
When attempting to the Attnedes page to create a new Attendee, the 'Name' field accepts more or less than the minimum and the maximum length is between 3 and 25 characters.
Steps to reproduce
1. Open the https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees
2. Try to fill the 'Title' field with the min 3 and max. 25 characters.
3. Click on the 'Create' button positioned on the ride-down corner.
Expected results
After clicking the "Create" button, the Attende should not be created, and the error message should be displayed.
Actual Result
Upon clicking the "Create" button, the error message should be displayed.
