Interrapt G31

When attempting to the Webinars page to create a new Webinar, the 'Title' field accepts more or less than the minimum and the maximum length is between 5 and 50 characters and accepts other than special characters limited to "-" and "." and spaces from the Webinars page

Steps to reproduce
1. Open the https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars
2. Fill in the required details to log in first.
3. Click on the 'Login' button
4. Choose the Webinars located on the right side, (third in a row).
5. Click on the 'Create' button located on the right upper corner
6. Try to enter the "Title" field more or less than the minimum and the maximum length is between 5 and 50 characters
7. Try to enter the "Title" field other than special characters limited to "-" and "." and spaces
8. Click on the 'create' button positioned on the down-right corner

Expected Results
After clicking the "Title" field the error message should be automatically displayed.

Actual result
Upon clicking the "Title" field, the error message does not display automatically and the title field accepts more and less than 5 and 50 characters and does not accept other than special characters limited to "-" and "." and spaces
