Interrapt G31

When attempting to the Webinar page, an error message is not displayed in red letters, indicating that the “Title” field is required if the criteria for the “Title” field are not met.

Steps to reproduce
1. Open the https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars
2. Fill in the required details to log in first.
3. Click on the 'Login' button
4. Choose the Webinars located on the right side, (third in a row).
5. Try to leave the 'Title' field empty or write any characters and fill the other fields with the required information
6. Click on the 'create' button positioned on the down-right corner

Expected Result
After clicking the "Create" button the error message should be automatically displayed in red letters.

Actual result
Upon clicking the "Create" button the error message is not displayed automatically in red letters.
