Surname field accepts more than the allowed 25 characters

Description

The users is able to add more than 25 characters in the 'Surname' field and that is accepted by the system.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the platform
2. Navigate to Mentors
3. Position yourself on the 'Surname' field
4. In the 'Surname' field insert more then 25 characters
5. Click on the 'Create' button
6. Creation of the user is accepted
