openBio field accepts less than 5 characters

Description
If the user adds less than 5 characters in the 'Bio' field the user is created.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the platform.
2. Navigate to Mentors.
3. Click on the Bio field.
4. In the “Bio” field insert more then 3 characters - 'Abe'.
5. Click on the “Create” button.
