Interrapt G31

Description:
[Mentors] When attempting to create a mentor, the user experience an issue filling in the bio field. A message indicating that the bio field must be a minimum of 20 and maximum of 300 characters in length and cannot contain special characters other than "-" and "." is not displayed. The field is successfully filled with more than 25 characters and contains other special characters and numbers.

Environment:
Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Precondition:
User is logged in and navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/

Steps to reproduce:
1. Choose Mentors from the menu on the left side of the page
2. Click on Create button
3. Click on bio field
4.1. Fill in the bio field with less than 20 characters
4.2. Fill in the bio field with more than 300 characters , special characters and numbers
5. Click on Create button

Expected reslts:
After clicking the Create button the user should receive a message that the bio must be minimum of 20 and maximum of 300 characters and cannot contain special characters other than "-" and "." and numbers

Actual result:
Upon clicking the Create button, the message stating that the bio must be a maximum of 25 characters and cannot contain special characters other than "-" and "." and numbers is not displayed. The field is successfully filled with more than 25 characters, other special characters, and numbers, allowing the user to continue filling in the form.
