open"Pay in cash" option is automatically selected when the user selects add "New card info"

Description
Environment: Samsung galaxy s23 Android 14
Precondition: The user should have a valid account
Steps to reproduce:
1.Log in the app
2.Add items to cart
3.Click on the "Proceed" button
4.Click on the debit card payment option
5.Click on "Add" button
Expected result: The user should be redirected to a page where he should fill out a form for his/her card info.
Actual result: The pay with cash option is selected and a window with a message with the pay in cash information is displayed.
