Description: When a user chooses to pay by debit card as a payment method he can not enter card information and the order is processed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in as a registered user
2. Add items to the Cart
3. Click on Proceed to payment
4. Click Pay by card
5. Click "Add your card info"
6. Click "Add"

Expected result: When the user chooses to pay by card, when he clicks on Add your card info, he should be able to enter the debit card information, and when the order is processed the payment method should be with the card

Actual result: When the user chooses to pay by card when he clicks on Add your card info, the user can not enter debit card information and the window shows only Add and Cancel buttons. When he clicks on Add the payment is processed with the wrong payment method
