Time of the webinar is displayed in 24hour format

Description
When the webinar time is picked it should be displayed in AM/PM time format
instead it is displayed in 24hour format

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Webinars page
2. Click Create button
3. Fill in Title and description fields
4. Choose date and time for starting the webinar
5. Choose date and time for ending the webinar
6. Select image, mentor and tag
7. Click Create button

Expected result:
When the date and time is selected, it should be displayed in "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm AM/PM"format.

Actual result:
When the date and time is selected, it is displayed in "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm"format.
