Description
By default is set the "Laser printer", and the second option activates automatically when the first option is not available. The problem occurs when the printer tries to adjust to the second option "DMP" and print successfully.
Environment
Windows 11 Pro 26973.221
Canon Pixma 5150
Steps to reproduce
1.Open the printer app
2.Click on Print options
3.Select the (DMT) option listed as default
4.Click on "Save changes"
3.Upload a file to print.
4.Click on the "Print" button
Expected Result
The printer should then print using the Dot Matrix Printer (DMT) option.
Actual Result
The Printer shows an error message indicating that the app could not print the document using DMP option.
