Interrapt G21

Description
The webinar can be created with choosing a past date from the calendar time picker

1. Navigate to the application https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz
2. Log in with valid credentials
3. Go to Webinars menu
4. Click on Create button
5. Enter all the required information
6. As a start date pick a past date from the calendar time picker
7. Click on Create button as a final step

Expected result
Webinars should not be created by selecting a past date from the calendar time picker or the past dates should not be clickable

Actual result
Webinar can be created with a selected past date
