Description
Upon clicking on show results button, the system fails to accurately display the corresponding search results.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the application
Navigate to show results button.
Observe the displayed search results.
Expected Results:
By clicking show results should accurately match the selected search terms.
Actual Results:
The show results are inconsistent, displaying inaccurate information.
The show button is missing after displayaing information.
