User can create profile in "Users" with no valid credential

Description

When user want to create profile in "Users" system allowed to be registered without valid name and email

precondition : User is login in https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

steps to reproduce:
1.Open "Users" option on main Manu
2.Click on button "Create"
3.Write "A" on text field "Name"
4.Write wrong email address " hhh@com" on "Email" text field
5.Write password
6.Click on "Create" button

Expected results : User should create profile in "Users" with only valid credential
Actual results: User is able to create profile without valid credential

Environment:
Google Chrome Version 126.0.6478.185 (Official Build) (64-bit)
