Description
In "edit" its saves less than a minimum of 7 and more than a maximum 50 characters in length,incorrect symbols or different alphabet

Steps to reproduce
1.Open the qainterrapt web site
2.Navigate to "User"
3.Click on "edit'button after chosen user
4.Input a name more than 50 characters or invalid symbols or different alphabet
5.Click on "edit" button again to save

Expected results
Invalid characters or symbols and different alphabet is not saved

Actual results
It saves the invalid characters,invalid symbols or different alphabet
