Description

According to the user story, the format of the selected time is not displayed as "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm AM/PM"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in in https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz
2. Open Webinars page
3. Observe the START DATE and END DATE columns in Webinars

Expected result: The format of the selected time should be displayed as hh:mm AM/PM

Actual result: The selected time is displayed in 24-hour format (hh:mm:ss) without AM/PM
