Interrapt G32

When the user is in the create option in the tag menu and he wants to create new tag he needs to input in the "Title" field a name containing only Latin and Cyrillic alphabet, "-" and "." from special characters and spaces , but the user can create a tag even with other characters like numbers and other special characters.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Login in Interrapt.
2.Open Tag Menu.
3.Click Create button in the top right corner.
4.Click on "Title" field.
5.Enter "Pari4ki$".
6.Click on Create button in the down right corner.
Expected result:
User gets an error message : "the title field is required" in red letters.
Actual result:
User gets a message : "Tag created successfully" and the tag is created.
