Environment: Windows 10-Home
Browser: Chrome Version 127.0.6533.119 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in interrapt
2. Click on "Webinars" from the menu on the left side
3. Click on "Create"
4. Fill the "Title" field
5. Fill the "Description" field
6. Click on "Start Date" and select a date from the date picker that has already passed
7. Click on "End Date" and select a date from the date picker
8. Fill in the "Link" field
9. Click on "Chose File" in the "Image" field
10. Select an image from your drive and click "Open"
11. Select a mentor from "Mentor" drop down menu
12. Select a tag from the "Tag" drop down menu
13. Click on "CREATE"
Expected result: The user should not be able to create a webinar with a start date that has already passed. An error message with red letters should be shown.
Actual result : The user was able to create a webinar with a start date that has already passed.
