Interrapt G32

Description: When creating a webinar on Interrapt the user is able to create a webinar with less than 10 (the minimum) and more than 500 (the maximum allowed) characters in the "Description" field.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open interrapt on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Log in
3. Click on the "webinars" button on the menu
4. Click on the "Create" button
5. Fill in the necessary fields including the "Description" field with less than 10 or more than 500 allowed characters.
6. Click on the "Create" button

Expected results:
The web site should not allow to create a webinar with less the minimum requirement or more than the maximum requirement of allowed characters in the "Description" field and should show an error message with red letters.

Actual results:
The user is allowed to create a webinar with more than the allowed and less than the allowed number of characters in the "Description" field
