The 'Phone' field is mandatory in the creation form

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to 'Interrapt' app
2. Click on 'Attendees' on the left side menu
3. Verify that the admin user is redirected to the edit attendees page if he pressed the ‘Edit’ button
4. Verify that the admin user should be able to update the details and save the changes in the edit form including fields such as ‘Name’, ‘Surname’, ‘Email’, ‘Phone’, ‘City’, ‘High scool’, ‘Faculty’ and ‘Webinar ID’
5. Verify that the admin user is able to edit an attendee per specification criteria as same as edit criteria

Expected result:
All the mandatory fields are edited per specification criteria as same as edit criteria

Actual result:
The creation form is edited without data in ‘Phone’ field in the 'Attendees'
