Description: When creating a webinar on Interrapt is allowed to upload a picture smaller than 200x200 pixels, bigger than 1000x1000 pixels and bigger than 5 MB

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open interrapt on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Log in
3. Click on the "webinars" button on the menu
4. Click on the "Create" button
5. Fill in the necessary fields including uploading an image in the "Upload Image" button
6. Click on the "Create" button

Expected results:
The web site should not allow to create a webinar when a picture smaller than 200x200 pixels, bigger than 1000x1000 pixels or bigger than 5MB is uploaded, an error message with red letters should be shown.

Actual results:
The user is allowed to create a webinar with a picture that is smaller than 200x200 pixels, bigger than 1000x1000 pixels or bigger than 5 MB
