Interrapt G32

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login in https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz
2. Open Webinars page
3. Click on the edit button (in the form of a pencil symbol) on any Webinar
4. Click on "Choose file"
5. Attach "image1.png"
6. Click on the "Edit" button to save
7. Observe
8. Click on "Choose file"
9. Attach "image2.png"
10. Click on the "Edit" button to save
11. Observe

Expected Result: The user should not be able to edit and save a webinar image if it does not meet the specified requirements of having dimensions between 200 x 200 pixels or 1000 x 1000 pixels

Actual result: Webinar changes were saved with an image of 150 x 150 pixels and an image of 1200 x 1200 pixels, even though these dimensions are outside the specified requirements. A success message is shown, and the changes are saved.
