Interrapt G21

Description:
When a user is successfully registered to Interrapt webinars he shouldn`t be able to create webinar with title with less than 5 charactes, but webinar is created with title with less than 5 characters.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to site "https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars"
2. User is allready loged in
2. Click on Create button
4. Fill in the Title field with invalid valid data (less than 5 characters)
5. Fill all other fields with valid data
6. Click on Create button

Expected result:
A user shuold not be able to create a webinar and should see message in red leters “ the title field is required”.

Actual result:
A webinar is created and message in red leters “ the title field is required” is not displayed.
