Interrapt G32

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars"
2. Click on "Create" button on the right side of the page
3. Fill the "Title" field
4. Fill the "Description" field
5. Click on the calendar field "Start Date" and select a date in the past
6. Click on the calendar field "End Date" and select a date
7. On the "Link" field enter a valid link
8. Attach a photo on "Image" field
9. Select a mentor in the "Mentor" field
10. Select a tag in the "Tag" field
11. Click on "Create" button

Expected results:
An error message should be displayed showing that the user is unable to create a webinar with selecting a date that has already passed

Actual results:
No error message is displayed, and user is able to create and schedule a webinar with a date that has already passed
