Description:
By selecting the value "All" from the 'Items per page' drop-down list in the Webinars page, all of the created webinars are displayed, but the drop-down list disappears.

Test Steps:
1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to the ""Webinars"" page
3. Scroll down the page, and click on the 'Items per page' drop-down list
4. Select ""All"" from the list to display all items
5. Observe the behavior of the Items per page drop-down list

Expected results:
The Items per page drop-down list should remain visible and functional, allowing the user to change the selection back to a smaller number of items per page.

Actual result:
The Items per page drop-down list disappears after selecting "All", leaving no option to revert to a smaller selection.
