Interrapt G21

The phone field does not recognize “+”,”-“ characters which are part of the specification unless they are placed at the beginning of the field

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees
2. Enter "CREATE" button
3. Enter “+”,”-“ to phone field

Expected results
1. Phone field should allow special characters according to specification

Actual results
1. When special characters are entered, a warning message "Phone must be a number" is displayed, only when characters are entered in the first position, the application allows to continue
