User is able to insert more that 50 characters in field "Title"

Test Steps

1. Navigate to the Webinars
2. Click on the "Create" button
3. Click on the field "Title"
4. Insert Alphabetic characters (both Latin and Cyrillic), all letter cases
(lower and upper), special characters (only “-”, and “.”) and spaces
5. Insert more than 50 characters in length
6. Error message should be shown that the criteria is not met

Expected results
User should not be able to insert more than 50 characters
