Interrapt G34

Bug Summary:
[Webinars] Image with more then maximum dimensions from 1000x1000 pixels can be attached in to the "Image" field.

Description:
By drag and drop Image, in "Image" field from create form, which dimensions are more than 1000x1000pixcels there is not an error message.

Pre-conditions:
The user must be logged in and navigated to the Interrupt page and webinars menu

Steps to reproduce:
1.Click on Create button on right upper corner on page.
2.Create form is opened.
3.Drag Image from some stored location from the computer with 5MB and file format JPEG, PNG, or GIF, and maximum image dimensions from 1000x1000 pixels and drop image to the "Image" field

Expected Result:
The message should be shown that the image field is required in
red letters.

Actual Result:
There is no restriction attaching image with more than maximum 1000x1000pixcels
