Interrapt G21

Description
The user can create webinar using numbers and any special character with any characters lenght although according to specification requrements the field accepts: alphabetic characters (both, Latin and Cyrillic), all letter cases (lower and upper), special characters (only “-”, and “.”) and spaces. It should be minimum 5 and maximum 50 characters in length.

Preconditions
The user should be preregistrated

1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz and log in
2. Go to 'Webinars'
3. Go to 'Create' button
4. Fill in the fields with valid data except the 'Title' filed (in Title' filed enter '2837=-[]]9' )
5. Click on 'Create' button

Expected results
The webinar should not be created. The error message should be displayed.

Actual result
The webinar is succesfully created
