Description:
After entering valid credentials, checking the remember me check box and loging in, the credentials are not saved after log out and another try to log in

Pre-conditions:
user must be preregistered

Steps to reproduce:
1.Navigate to login page
2.Fill in the 'Email' field with valid data
3.Fill in the 'Password' field with valid data
4.Select the 'Remember Me' checkbox
5.Click on the 'LOG IN' button
6.Log out of the system
7.Return to the login page

Expected Result:
The email and password fields should be pre-filled with the previously entered credentials after logout

Actual Result:
the email and password fields are blank
