Description
The title field should accept: Alphabetic characters (both, Latin and Cyrillic), all letter cases
(lower and upper), special characters (only “-”, and “.”) and spaces
Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the Create Webinar page https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars/create
2. Enter non-alphabetic characters
3. Enter valid data in the other mandatory fields (Description, Start Date, End Date, Link, and Image).
4. Try to submit the form by clicking on the "CREATE" button
   Expected result
   The "CREATE" button should be disabled or unclickable until valid input is entered into the title field.
   Actual result
   The Title field accept non alphabetic characters like numbers and symbols
