The title field of webinars accept any types of special character, not only '-' and '.'
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the page https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Click on webinars
3. Click on 'Create' button
4. Enter title
5. Enter the other required information
Expected result:
The user should not be successful created the webinar
Actual result:
The user is successfully create the webinar
