Interrapt G33

Description:
When user types in date by using special characters "/", ":", "-" (i.e. 2024/01/01), the date/time field automatically gets filled in with today's default date/time in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm AM/PM.

1. Navigate to the Webinars create form page URL.
2. Position on the the End Date field.
3. Click on the End Date field.
4. Type in date and time using special charactes: "/", ":", "-" (i.e. 2024/01/01).
5. Observe

Expected results:
User should be able to type in date/time options by using any of the supported special characters ("-", ":","/"), as in "2024/01/01".
End Date field should automaically be filled in in with correct date and format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm AM/PM.

Actual results:
The system returns today's default date/time in the following format YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm AM/PM, whenever the user inputs any other date and time.
