open(Webinars) User is able to create Webinar with image larger than 5mb

Environment: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.109 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Description: Users should not be able to create a webinar with an image larger than 5 MB
Steps to reproduce:1. Log in to the system using valid credentials.
2. Navigate to the "Create Webinar" page.
3. Fill in all required webinar details (title, description, date, and time)
4. Upload an image larger than 5 MB in the "Image Upload" field
Click the "Create" button
Expected Result: The system should reject the image upload if the file exceeds 5MB. A message should be shown that the image field is required in red letters.
Actual Result: The user is able to create a webinar with an image larger than 5MB
