Precondition: user should be logged in

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to the Dashboard
2.Click on the Atendees
3.Click on "Create" button
4. Insert less than 10 or more than 50 characters in the "High School" menu

Expected results
User should be able to insert only accepted characters: alphabetic characters, spaces, "-", "`", ".", and "&"; minimum 10 and maximum 50 characters

Actual Results
User is able to insert unaccepted criteria, less than 10 and more than 520 characters
