Description:
By entering less then the minimum characters in the description filed, a new Webinar can be created
Pre-conditions:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in into Interrapt
2. Click the 'Webinars' menu
3. Click the 'Create' button
4. Fill in all the blank fields
5. Click the 'Create' button
Expected Result:
User should not be able to create a webinar with fewer than 10 character
Actual result:
User can create a Webinar with less then
10 characters
