Interrapt G33

Description:
When users attempts to select Start Date and End Date on Mobile version, the calendar widgets do not show up.

1. Navigate to the Webinars create form URL via Mobile.
2. Attempt to make selection for Start Date field.
3. Attempt to make selection for End Date field.
4. Observe."

Expected results:
When Start Date and End Date are clicked, a calendar widget should be displayed as per design. User should be able to select from the calendar widget.

Actual results:
When Start Date and End Date are clicked, a calendar widget is not displayed as per design. User is not able to select from the calendar widget.
