[Webinars] Listing per page drop down panel not visible at the bottom after user selects All option.

Description
It is not possible for user to select new numbering option from the listing panel at the bottom if they previously selected All data to be listed. Page has to be refreshed in order to return to default state and then make new listing option.

Environment
https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

Browser: Chrome - Version 131.0.6778.140 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Windows 11 Pro
Screen size: 1920x1080

Steps to reproduce
  1. Navigate to the Login page URL
  2. Select "All" from the pagination at the bottom.
  3. Observe.

Expected Result
User should be able to select All from the pagination.
Pagination should be visible at the end of the data table for user to re-use it.

Actual Result
Pagination is not visible below the data table if "All" is previously selected. User should refresh the page to view the pagination again.
