Description:
"Start Date" field and "End Date" field in create form from webinar menu accepts past dates as valid data
Steps to reproduce:
1.User should be logged in and navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars
2.Click on "Create" button in the top right corner
3.Click on "Start Date" field
4.Pick "2023-04-30 12:00"from "calendar time picker" field
5.Click on "End Date" field
6.Pick "2023-05-01 12:00" from "calendar time picker" field
7.Fill other fields with valid data
8.Click on "CREATE" button
Expected result:
Webinar should not be created and error message should be displayed
Actual result:
Webinar is successfully created and appropriate message is displayed
