Interrapt G33

By clicking on the "Create" button, the user is created with less that 7 characters entered in the "Name" input field.

Environment
PC / Windows 10 Pro V. 22H2 /Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.140 (Official Build) (64-bit)

1. Login to the system
2. Navigate to the "Users" page
3. Click on the "Create" button
4. Enter less than 7 characters into the "Name" input field(e.g. "Tea")
5. Save the user by clicking on the "Create" button
6. Observe the created user in the users list

Expected result
The system should not allow an ''User" to be created with less than 7 characters entered into the "Name" input field.

Actual result
The system allows an ''User" to be created with less than 7 characters entered into the "Name" input field. A validation message should be shown that the user has been created.
