Interrapt G33

User can create 'Attendees' with "Name" who contain more than 25 characters.(Filling only mandatory fields)

Environment:
Navigate to :https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
Pc :Windows 10 Pro ,version :22H2
Xiaomi MI11 lite 5G- Google Chrome 131.0.6778.135 , Android 13

1. Click the "Attendees" via navigation menu
2. Click on "Create" button in top right corner
3. Fill the "Name" field with invalid data ( more than 25 characters)
4. Fill the "Surename" field with valid data (mandatory field)
5. Fill the "Email" field with valid data (mandatory field)
6. Select the "Webinar" from "webinar" drop down list (mandatory field)
7. Click Create
8. Observe the created Attendees

Expected Result:
The "Attendees" should not be created, a message should be shown that the name field is required in red letters

Actual Result
The user can create Attendees when "name" contain more than 25 characters.
