Description:
In Surname field user need to be able to insert only alphabetic characters (both, Latin and Cyrillic),
all letter cases (lower and upper), special characters (only “-”, and “.”) and spaces.
It should be minimum 3 and maximum 25 characters in length.

Pre-conditions:
User must be preregistered

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to the Attendees page
3.Click on Create
4.Insert in Surname more than 25 characters (e.g. "<More^than$25#characters>, special characters & numbers12345`sds")
5.Insert in other fields valid credential
6.Select Webinar
7.Click on Create button
8.Observe the created Attendees in the list

Expected Result:
A validation message should prevent from creating Attendee with invalid surname data

Actual Result:
The system allows the Attendee to be created with invalid surname data without any validation error or restriction.
